Consumption & storage advice
Consumption: Ready before consumption (ready-to-eat). Because of the coarser structure and thicker casing, it is essential to the morcón at least 30 minutes before serving from the vacuum packmaturation to remove. Let the product come to room temperature so that the fats and complex aromas are released optimally.
Storage advice: Store in a cool, dry place. After opening, cover the cut side well with film and preferably store in the refrigerator to preserve freshness.
