By keeping intervention in the cellar to a minimum, the producers succeed in translating the lively energy of the harvest directly into the bottle. Aroma A rich and enticing bouquet. Immediately recognisable are the sparkling notes of tropical fruit such as mango and lychee, beautifully complemented by aromas of grapefruit, freshly cut grass and the characteristic resinous aroma of American hops that pleasantly stimulates the nose.

Taste The mouthfeel is smooth, vibrant and extremely balanced. On the palate, layers of mild malt sweetness and vibrant citrus-like bitterness emerge, with a striking balance between the hop resin and a vibrant, dry body. The purity of the brewing process supports the richness beautifully, with the bitter nuances lingering long and harmoniously.

Finish A long, crystal-clear finish. The bitter and fruity notes slowly fade away and make way for a clean memory of the Spanish coast and a refined, silky-smooth finish.
